3rd visit here, this time for the kids. Great lessons again from people who teach well. Sent my son on the intermediate lessons, had him taking off in some big swell, huge boost to confidence
What an amazing and unforgettable experience\! 🌊🏄♂️ My 9\-year\-old son took just two surfing lessons, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results\! The instructor was incredibly friendly, patient, encouraging, and supportive\. He really helped my son build his confidence, and after only two lessons, he managed to surf on his own\! Absolutely amazing\! I highly recommend booking a lesson here, especially for children\. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and the beautiful memories\. We will definitely be back\! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely perfect experience for my 10 year old son and 14 year old nephew. They learned a lot and had a wonderful time. Everyone at Red Star is great to interact with, and the instructors are great with kids. We will definitely be back for more lessons in the future. Highly recommend!

I spent about a week taking surf lessons! I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience! The instructors are very patient and knowledgeable, they're right there with you in the water, they give you real-time feedback, and they support you every step of the way to give you the best advice! The instructors are very kind and always have a smile on their faces. I highly recommend them; you'll leave with a smile!
My 78 y/o husband surfed with Red Star March 3, 2026 and was treated like royalty- It was a two hour lesson and instructor Moses was right there every step of the way. It was the windiest day of our trip to Lanzarote by far, but Moses kept encouraging and teaching the entire time. They should call themselves Five Star Surf & Yoga Camp- ***** Cathy Carlson Irish American News
We had a wonderful week of surfing 4h a day with this school! Great and funny coaches. Everything worked as it should. Video analyses were super helpful for the learning process. I plan to come back with my family and make them take lessons here as well. Thank you for having us

The guys at RSS gave us a great week of surfing and fun in Famara. We were a group of 8 people, staying in their accomodation and taking the half day and full day surf lessons in their school. They divide everyone into groups based on their level and give so much attention to everyone. The progression can really be felt each day. Relaxed atmosphere, good waves and a really good time. Thanks to the entire team, we'll be coming back soon!🤙☀️🌊

Amazing expérience at this school. Much more than a school they build a very friendly vibes. The instructors and staff as so friendly and very good at teaching, they helped with everything and are very conciliant and know how to adapt even with people who ask a lot 😅. I was taught by sebby, Jerry, and Mariano, all great guys. I spent fantastic 5 days here and I want only one thing come back. They have great house for accommodation just in front of the beach, all is perfect! Overall a very relaxed atmosphere and a great vibe. Thanks you every one for this greats moment 💕!

Super lessons with Juan who worked hard to get me on the water with the kite :) Great gear, well adapted to the changing conditions.Good coordination on the schedule based on tides + winds.Will come back for my next trip!From what I saw on the beach, I had the best instructor :)
Un gusto las clases de surf con Mariano.Se adapta a cualquier nivel y es perfecto para coger una base sólida con la que poder practicar en cualquier lado. Además Famara es una playa perfecta tanto para el surf como para el kite. Lo recomendaría sin duda.
I absolutely loved my stay in Lanzarote, and in particular the surfing lessons with Red Star! I took already a lot of classes around the world, and these were for sure the best ones I ever took. They recognized peoples' individual skills, and gave personal advise. They we're really the best teachers I've met. I originally booked kite lessons, but because of the weather that was only possible for one day. But they were very open and flexibele about it, so no worries.I would go back tomorrow if it was an option 😊

Had a brilliant stay at Red Star Surf & Yoga camp this week! The coaches are great - knowledgeable, caring and really funny. I learnt so much and in a week I was doing frontside and backside turns! I never imagined progressing so quickly. Alba, the yoga instructor is wonderful! Her sessions were varied and suited to all abilities. Muchas gracias!! Massive thank you to the coaches - Mariano, Garoto, Jerry and Humberto for the surf coaching tips and fun out on the waves.

Excellent service from the lady who works there! We rented boards and the experience was fantastic!! Definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting!

We were two friends who attended the course and stayed in the house they rent. It was amazing how they teach their passion, by teaching, motivating you and adapting to your level in order to let you give your best :) We will definitely repeat the experience !!Thanks a lot!!

Can't reccomend these enough.The best teachers & school.I would surf here all week if I had the chance but unfortunately had to go home.They really made you feel at home & I improved an insane amount with only 2 lessons.The video reviews of us surfing after were brilliant too & so helpful.And also great to have some footage and memories to keep.

The instructors were great at spotting what you were doing wrong and showing you how to correct it. Their instructions were really clear, and they made the lessons fun and enjoyable. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend them.
Booked 2 hour lessons for my 10 year old son, and he loved it so much he asked to extend every day to the 4 hour lessons. He learned a lot and had so much fun. Excellent instructors who are great with kids and adults.
