All our holiday flats are located in the beautiful fishing village of Caleta de Famara, just a few minutes walk from the beach

Our flats in Famara are fully equipped and consist of two bedrooms, a shower, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen, towels are also provided. A baby cot can be provided on request, if available. Same as our Surf Houses, all flats have free high-speed Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony. Also, check out our surf houses, Casa del Mar and Casa 55.

Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance of our holiday flats. There are a few tapas bars, pizzerias, fish restaurants, steakhouses and even a vegetarian restaurant. Canarian cuisine is really worth trying. It’s healthy and rich in fresh fish, seafood, vegetables and fruit, so don’t miss it!

Caleta de Famara Apartments is a very idyllic and quiet place, almost all year round. Really good food, consistent weather conditions for surfing and kitesurfing and places to practice yoga. As there are no hotels around, please, don’t expect to find here the common tourist track with masses of people. Locals wake up early, so nightlife hardly exists. The only exception is the legendary Famara party during the last week of August when the village fills up with thousands of visitors from all over Europe. The whole village is partying, and you won’t escape, as the music will come from everywhere – long nights guaranteed!

If you want to go out during the week, or on a weekend, there is always something happening in Lanzarote. Live music, concerts, discos, and bars are easy to find within a 10-30 minutes drive to Teguise, Arrecife, Jameos del Agua or Puerto del Carmen. Villas are on the other side of the beach in a small beach community. The walk to the village and all the restaurants and bars is approximately 25 minutes, therefore a rental car is highly recommended. The villas offer a stunning view of the ocean or the mountains and are extremely quiet, so they are perfect for travellers looking for total relaxation in a very isolated place. Comfortable beach bungalows in Urbanización de Famara are located 2 min by car or 25 min on foot from the village Caleta de Famara. Guests will have between 2 and 4 bedrooms (in most cases it’s going to be a double room, a twin room and a room with a bunk bed), a kitchen, a living room, and 1-3 bathrooms. Standard bungalows can fit up to 6 people and are fully equipped with everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Luxury bungalows can fit from 2 to 8 people.
